    Ahoy everyone across the seas,

    Today we left Croatia (sadly), we had the most amazing time there. We left Rijeka in the rain, the plan was to walk around the city this morning and have a look, however the rain deterred us so we packed the car and headed off.     Actually it's a ******n rock, formed by water dripping through the ceiling for millennia and growing at 3 millimetres every hundred years.





    We are in the world-renowned Postojne cave system in Central Slovenia and it truly is awesome, though trite references to camels and chickens are pretty unnecessary.

    ... the little girl run down and we asked the person in there to try and speak to her to see if she needed help. The woman asked her something in Slovene, but the girl didn't answer and kept running and crying. The woman did tell us that if she saw her again, she would try to help again.
