Three countries, one big waterfall

A travel blog entry by john_and_jules

Our next leg of the journey was to visit Iguazu falls, a massive waterfall that is half in Brazil and half in Argentina. We were told that it was worth seeing the falls from both countries so that is what we did. We first stayed in the Brazilian town called Foz do Iguazu. The pictures tell the story better than I can. Off to Rio de Janeiro tomorrow on a flight that leaves Iguazu at ...

A travel blog entry by emmaw

Our final part of the day was a truck ride through the rainforest back to the visitors centre. Once we returned we had to walk back to the minibus and as we did, we saw not one more, but a pair, of toucans sitting in the tree! Three toucans - how lucky!! So, our day on the Argentinian side of the falls was way beyond anything I expected! I ...
