... too. We have eaten out every night here as it's quite cheap - usually €10 a head. My diet has mainly consisted of baked aubergine and Greek salad. Oh and ice cream! I feel a bit sick about the amount of ice cream I have had, might have to take a bit of a break on the old cream. There was a shop near us though that sold one scoop for €1.80 and it was honestly the best ice cream I've ever had. So many flavours and all home made! I had white chocolate and passion ...

The final bit

... Express, a ferry ship whose misguided approach of the bay cost 83 lives 15 years ago. Another option was to go to the shore by dinghy, walk to Naoussa, rent a motor bike and go inform the Yacht services in person. ... told C about our plan, I went inside to get my wallet and when I came out, C introduced me to G, who had just arrived on the ferry. Welcome--glad you made it! We told him about our plan to go to the Chora on motor bike (J and I) and the local bus (S, P, and C), he put his stuff in the boat and off we went. We rented a powerful bike, it seemed, as they required an actual motor bike license. G and P decided to get a bike too and we took off, climbing the steep streets ...

... and Nami had previously caught two octopuses so I was glad the one Brian saw in the cement block was safe (for now). The octopuses were put to dry out in preparation for the grill. Nami is holding the two we would eat with a big predator behind her. =)

Franco and Graziana have been coming to Pounta for more than 10 years. They stay on the beach in their camper and that is how they met Nami and her Italian ...
