... the beach for a while, got some good views of it too. Walked along the board walk for a bit until we came to the National Park entrance, checked the map, there were a few walk to do, the best seemed the coastal one, but it was 3-4 hours one way, decided to just walk to Dolphin Point.

A very early start today to visit Fràser Island, we left at 6.25 am but it is sunny and warm by 5.00 am so wasn't too bad. The day started with an amazing hours drive down the beach to a ferry. ... fun night.

We had day trips out to Maroochydore, Mooloolaba, Dicky's Beach and also had a wonderful day meandearing around in the Hinterland. Morning Tea at the amazing Glass House Mountains (freezing day and sat by the open fire)! and then Malaney and Montford for lunch and home via Palmwoods.

Also went to Baroon Dam and Mapleton Falls National Park. A great holiday spot.

... kinda funny not having Warren there but you could certainly still feel his presence very strongly there with Ros and the kids. There were some fabulous photos of him around the house, just the way I remember him. Lisa picked us up about 1500 and stayed for a little chat as I wasn't keen to go, surprisngly! We had a slow trip home as the traffic on the M1 was backed up a bit. Finally we got home, I made curried sausages and mash for dinner. Then we went to bed. Monday, ...
