Steve Irwin Territory!!

... have a walk along the boardwalk to see the other beaches around the coast. I stopped for an iced coffee and a slice of carrot cake at The Edge Coffee Shop which had free WiFi so I was able to check my emails and sort out updates, as well as looking into Australia Zoo and The Glasshouse Mountains, which I had plans to see over the next couple of days.Bevan's friend had invited us around to use his complex's pool and spa whilst he cooked for ...

Week 13 - Winter wonderland?

... that I had met down in Byron Bay, Chloe and Ben. Was such a fun day. We went on a 2h boat tour around the river, which was a good laugh and a nice trip. Crazy how 5 minutes up the river you completely feel a million miles away from the city. Typically, by 10:00 the sun had come out and the grey clouds were moving away, but by that time the decision had been reached to drive the short distance to Mooloolaba. That seemed to have more to offer than Caloundra anyway. ...

... such an amazing 3 days on Fraser and made some amazing friends on that trip, felt like a family after it. After the trip I had just been chilling in Noosa. I went to the beach for a day, but then Jenny and Imogen can up on the Tuesday which was so lovely to see them again and catch up and now I have friends! Then they went to Fraser on Wednesday and I did a bush walk with the boys and then in the afternoon went to the doctors as I had been having ...
