    8th May set off on our exciting nomad adventure north.

    Garry & I left Caloundra, visited friends in Gympie Janelle & Ken.

    Stayed our first night in a free camp at Gin Gin a beautiful shady campsite.

    9th May we drove to Calliope another beautiful free camp on the river. Our next stop was at Flaggy Rock just south of Sarina.

    ... affair, and soon we were back on the tarmac. Marc then pulled us over to inflate the tyres, after which we drove to Rainbow Beach. There we (and every other car coming from Fraser) pulled into the car wash and used their automatic underbody wash facility (first of its kind in the world supposedly - someone saw an opportunity here) and generally gave the car a bit of a wash.
