We needed a spot to stay a night on the way to Cocollala. After a tonne of research, Sean found a town called Pollock which was very close by to Seven Devils Recreation Area which looked really pretty. It would be a pretty sweet area to do some backpacking in, but alas, that's not on our agenda. As we went southward in Idaho, the terrain changed (no pics!). It went from a lot of trees to more brush and brown hillsides. We drove many, many miles along a river. It was a beautiful, but long, drive. We pulled over at a scenic spot for lunch and to talk about where we wanted to stay tonight.

David drove again as it was a short day.There was minimal road work and light traffic so it was a nice drive even if it was somewhat moutainous and winding.
