... years old - it was in surprisingly good shape if that's true! Once we'd seen the area we were back on the boat, just in time for the rain to start setting in. We headed back towards the hotel and played a few frames of pool whilst the rain passed. After a quick freshen up we were back out walking the streets; Jenny the helpful bar lady had recommended the food market for tea. ... directions - "down that street under the big tree." Very helpful. It turned out to be one of those pick up trucks with the covered back and benches on either side for sitting on. I shared the back with three Muslim ladies. It was a fairly straightfoward right, and you pay at the end. There was no deal with haggling or anything either - just gave him a one hundred and he gave me back fifty baht. I love when things are actually the price they say they ...
