... group tour to Japan during one of my vacation breaks next year as a prelude to a potential sideline business that I can ramp up during my retirement years (perhaps more out of necessity than desire based on the performance of my stock portfolio!). The proposed tour duration would be 10 days. I've not made a definitive decision yet. I know some of you have expressed an interest in joining me on a future tour or may have friends that would be interested. If you could send me ...

... up. May and Amy bounce down the stairs excited to see us. Amy and Lily are fast buddies and become inseparable quickly. Our train ride in they play iphone games, draw, and generally hang together.

Off at Omotosando, we stroll up the main shopping street past the designer shops that require no translation -- Hugo Boss, Chanel, Coach, etc., then to Kiddieland -- the jam packed cute center and eventually over to Takeshita Dori. First two stores score ...

... lt;-- hah!) in the Japanese traditional life. Ten to fifteen years ago I had three difficult to maintain, dwarf-sized wanna-be trees myself. There's no point in calling those 'bonsai', because now I know that my attempts did not deserve this honorable title. As soon as we entered the first nursery in Omiya I was perplexed about the perfection of all the different bonsai that surrounded me. There must have been several hundred. Each pot perfectly matched ...
