    Got about 4 hours of sleep before starting my 3:00 am watch. Full moon so the stars aren't as brilliant tonight. Nothing in sight except ocean as far as the eye can see, illuminated by the moonlight it's very peaceful.     ... the shore line. We were in ten feet of water and four feet from our stern was 3 feet of water. We arrived later in the afternoon but could not wait to go on shore.     ... to the aquarium. We spent the afternoon learning about the local sea creatures and their habitats. The next day we rented a car with Del Max and went adventuring inland. We drove to the Chutes Du Carbet in the Basse Terre territory. The Chutes Du Carbet are two 350 foot waterfalls and is famous for luring Christopher Columbus from the Carribbean sea to the island.
