      ... probably one of the busiest bars in Samui. Good but expensive food and drinks! Again it was shocking how many young children between the ages of 5-10 were wandering around selling flower necklaces, trying to make you play board games for a few baht etc! We got that harassed that in the end we decided to buy a flower necklace just to try and stop the hassle - one little girl was hugging us for dear life until we bought one and telling us we would never ...

      ... hours away eating, shopping and getting a foot massage! The next morning, it was time to leave. I enjoyed my 12 hour journey south to Phuket, where I met up with the rest of the crew. I travelled in luxury on a VIP bus, which meant plenty of leg room, air conditioning, a blanket, free snacks and water, and lunch! Compared to most of the travelling we’ve down around Asia, this was heaven.

      ... we were given to watch Muay Thai in a bar called Naga a few minutes walked from our Bungalow. The fighters weren't quite up to the standard I'd seen in Chaing Mai though and it felt like it was more about entertainment than competitiveness. They let two Western guys get up at the end, and although they'd obviously done a bit before, and they weren't in bad shape - it was amazing to see how knackered they got so quickly.
