... hotels and casinos and it rained on and off. It's not so much that the Vietnamese have forgiven America for their war, they just concentrate on hating the Chinese more. Minh Ho spewed some racist jokes at their expense from the front of his bike. While Emma struggled with wind, accent and taste.

... and a beautiful facility. The Sisters built the facility to be able to provide a facility for community members to come and receive medical attention. They also built a gym where villagers come to use the equipment and exercise and do therapy. There's a volunteer PT who was trained by someone but he has no formal education. The Sisters practice traditional medicine, including acupuncture and providing herbal medicines/teas. A doctor volunteers his time when he can as well and ...

... May and Hong ordered. Had the most delicious baby squid, followed by salted fish rice and pork ribs. Now pork isn't usually a meat I would go for, haven't ever cooked it, but these ribs were lean, grilled and delicious. I would have to ay the best pork I have ever had. It started to bucket down with rain, but it was quite pleasant sitting outside undercover having a chat and being surrounded by other diners. ... and so it was crammed with Vietnamese since it was new year so i had a little drive around, took a few photo's and decided i was really looking forward to my planned break in Saigon and that i should make the arduous highway journey in to Saigon and get off this motorbike for a while!!

... fishing off of it. Saw him as i was crossing. Had to get there! After a few turns and a bit of dirt managed. He couldnt speak english but we shared a beer which he had in his bag.
