We found a hole in the wall food joint that didn't seem to have a name but did the best fried rice I think I have ever had. We therefore christened it "Super-rice" and ate there with almost embarrassing regularity. Monnu does not like onion, and the cook would point at him and say "no onion!" whenever we sat down. Man, I miss Super-rice. When we weren't diving, we went snorkelling. We took a taxi ...

The program is 1 month but 2 months is recommended. You can go as long as you want with no extra charge and gain more experience. 2 months is recommended by most agencies, however PADI are the ones who a couple years ago reduced the program fro 6 weeks to 3.

... felt like I accomplished many things. I was able to keep up the green initiatives and eco awareness. Our Earth Day walk for water was the most successful fundraiserthat I have ever organized. I was able to connect a lot more kids, families and teachers with nature through Eco Adventure trips. I really enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the new group of teachers. As I said good-bye at the end of ...
