Nice beach, not enough atmosphere

... was a free concert hosted on Saturday night, there were tons (and I mean 10's of thousands) and the crowd was quite, not much clapping when songs ended, the tiniest bit of hand waving, but definitely no dancing. It was seriously strange. I guess that's what happens where there is no booze involved.
Living the Mandala

... And becasue Surf Maroc is owned by a few cool Brits (love to Ollie, Vicki and Ben) I pretty much lived and breathed in an English colony planted in Morocco which I rather fancied. Besides learning to surf, I made it my intention to learn as many British sayings (with the accent) as possible, much to the amusement of the rest of the crew.

Guests who came to Surf Maroc came from ...

So much fun in Morroco's Hotel Sofitel Agadir

... in the lush Palm Bay and enjoy the sun, because it's always there to light up your day! The opportunities for play during your day are plentiful, including a variety of water sports! There's also a golf course and tennis court. If you're more into relaxing than getting active, or need to wind down after too much activity, sip a rejuvenating beverage in one of the six bars inside ...

Sixth Day - Free day

... way I spent this day. Of course, I swam a lot... The Ocean is such a paradise... When you enter the water, it feels very cold, but as you enter farther, you got used to it and it feels normal. The Waves! They are really big, it's so fun to greet them with your body... Cool water brings a new kind of freshness to you... And then, when you go to the beach, the water becomes more and more warm, and closer to the beach it ...

Second day - watching the hotels

... amp; Spa 5*. Well, it's very rich, very pretentious... Red wood is everywhere around you... And that is what annoyed me the most... You feel yourself like in museum! Very depressing corridors, dim light, and wooden doors... All that is pressing on you... The rooms are rich, but also very simple and have no soul... Well, if you search for a prestige - it's your kind of hotel.
Next was Amadil Beach Agadir 4*. Well, i liked it much. It's a four ...

Going South again

... the front seat, plus the driver. Cheap but not very comfortable, though it ensures close contact to the locals. It was already late and after waiting a long time, I ended up buying three seats and off we went. It was pitch dark, nobody spoke a word and there I was in Morocco. One of the other passengers knew exactly where my hotel was but then he didn't, so I ended up gone way too far in a ...

Next stop Agidir, Morocco

Knowing how to beat the cruise line excursion monopoly, we once again find a taxi who takes us on another Moroccan adventure. We drive about 8 km south of Agadir to an amazing market spread out over several blocks. The market is frequented by locals not tourists so we do stand out but our taxi driver knows everyone. Check out the cool market photos!

Day 7 : Agadir - Oued Ma Fatma

This place was pretty. really good woodwork (gifts, household items) i wanted to buy soemthing big, a table base that was really cool, but that would have been impractiacal now wouldnt it...!
