The young , the middle aged looking for a connection to spirituality through yoga and meditation. The Russian gangs with their grip on drugs and prostitution for those seeking pleasure. The young Indian men here to party- buying copious amounts of liquor and traveling in four wheel jeeps drunk ...

      Today I cycled to
Panaji from Vagator. I set off at 7am to take advantage of the cooler
temperature. Over all it was a good practice run. I was able to check
my sat nav was working okay. It was a round trip of about 30 miles.
Spent the rest of the afternoon in Paulos Bar Chapora.
