Waking after a long refreshing sleep this morning was great. Ready for some adventure after a delicious breakfast. We took the 10am complimentary hotel shuttle bus into the Dubai Mall, the largest mall in the world. Wow, wow we seriously were in awe of the size and inability to see anywhere near half the mall. With a cinema area, children's fun space, an Olympic size ice rink, aquarium & underwater zoo, The Souk traditional indoor shopping, ...

We had seen lots of people eating them but had not as yet had one ourselves. We chose a chocolate orange pudding with pistachio and almond dust on the top. Dubai is located on the southeast coast of the Persian Gulf and is one of the seven emirates that make up the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and with a population of about 1.4 million, Dubai is the most populous city.

Dubai has grown steadily into a ...

As the clock past midnight we were still waiting patiently in the departure terminal of Perth International Airport to check in for our flight home! The hours passed by pretty slowly until 3am arrived and we could finally collect our boarding passes and check in our luggage! It had been a long wait but finally things were moving. After passing through security we grabbed a quick bite to eat and made our way to gate number 1 where we would be boarding our ...
