... seen water disappear so quickly. It was so sad. A bottle of water here costs 20 Kenyan shillings (around 7p)...and he didn't even have that to his name. None of the 3 boys had shoes and I worried how we would get them back through the centre of Mombasa and out to the centre without them cutting seems it didn't matter and have feet made of stone!!!! The pavements are so dangerous here - potholes everywhere, random rocks ...

Today is the day I have been dreading since I got here, starting my journey back to the UK. During the night it had rained again, but to our surprise the tent was dry! When I reached for my phone, I noticed a text from Eva. It read... "check your flights going home, huge fire at JKIA!".
