... after not enough sleep I woke up on Saturday 5 minutes before the bus was leaving for Wasini, the snorkelparadise of Kenya, in good company of my friend Kristel, we even got the chance of swimming with the dolphins, and today is a relaxed day on the beach and saying goodbye to some really nice people!

My group traveled to Degoretti which is one of the poorest slums and we were able to travel with their social worker and make house visits all day. We could not quite tell why they thought to include us in this little trip, as by now we would have already been back in Nairobi.

I got my sunglasses fixed (one of the rubber rose rests has broken off and gotten lost), bought some flip flops (only cheapies, but helps my shoe fettish) and bought some hair dye. My hair was a fairly vibrant red before I came away, and now it's a rusty orange! Not quite the look I'm going for.
