... right? He got them to come up one at a time and ask me their questions. I'm pleased to help but it was so awkward for me to try to think how to answer them while boosting their confidence in English. Oh well, they seemed happy with it. Next week apparently I'm doing a 10 minute presentation about England. They need to get used to different accents according to Pete. Found a great place for lunch, a veg Pad Thai, and next door to it at the Raya Resort we had our best dinner so far in Thailand, a large steamed sea bass which was so fresh it can only just have been caught with a yummy prawn glass noodle dish. We all piled into the car and set off for pretty much Burma as Nana said which took roughly 1.5 hours; the trip up was amazing. I've always thought you get more out of going to villages than you do going to tourist attractions and that still stands. It's always magical going through tiny poor villages ...

7/11 won’t sell you one of their glorious 660ml, 44baht (€1.10/$1.40) bottles of Chang beer - or any beer for that matter - between the hours of 2pm and 5pm. Now if you ask me that’s a convenience store inconvenience. I’m not quite sure the reason for it but it’s gotta be some ...
