... Flats restaurant — set on a fantastic seaside site, overlooking a beautiful bay. The restaurant is now run by a fantastic Austrialian chef named Ben, and his wife Chikaku, who took it over from Chikaku’s parents one year ago. The food was really wonderful in every way!
