Well, somehow my photos got deleted from Tallinn, which was by far my most favorite city on this trip so far. It's like a town out of a fairy tale. Fortunately I backed it up to Facebook, but it's private so no one can see it. Send an email if you want me to send to you. Also the photos from Parnu, Estonia and Riga, Latvia were deleted but backed ...
... and proceeded to show me pictures of various locomotives he'd seen earlier in the day in an Estonian Railway Museum. Well, it beats etchings... We quickly got into specialist linguistic territory where my German language skills dried up altogether, which I'm sure saved me from an evening of more photos of interesting Soviet era trains.

... At four thirty, we walked to a place with a nice view, where we would welcome the sun - which didn't show itself because it was way too clouded. We did see the shiny white bums of a couple of brave souls who celebrated the new morning with a refreshing dip in the ice cold river!
