Japan... when i was 17... 1975
My home town of Dundas, Ontario is/was twinned with Kaga, Japan. When i was 17, i went to Japan for a few weeks with the group. A fabulous trip that included Tokyo, Kyoto & Hiroshima, plus more! My schoolmate Laura & i stayed with Dr. Takeya. My sister went a couple of years later, and then my brother. I am ever thankful to my parents for sending us!

Again we had a nice drive from Kanazawa to Tsuruga.
