... last two months have been the best. I've experienced so much and have a real taste for this now. If anyone fancies a trip and we can find the money I'm always game.  Final thoughts: 1. Joe is in fact very similar to me and yet in 2months there have been no clashes = success. He has been easy going and willing to do things despite fears or lack of personal motivation. He has been great fun to travel with and we made a pretty unstoppable team, dominating everything we did. We ...

... before taking the final leg of our journey home to Manchester. We think all the transit flights arrive early and leave mid morning causing a bit of a scramble for available seats.

What an adventure we have been fortunate enough to have, we can't believe it is over, all the planning and excitement, but what a trip!

Time for the next chapter, some time to reflect and chillax in Yorkshire + Scotland and a hopefully not too lengthy a job search back in the UK.

... 8221; Personally, I don’t know whether I would rather deal with pirates of the Iranian Navy. If I have to choose, I guess I’ll take crazy guys.

Speaking of crazy guys, I am due to see Roz and Norman and Sue and Laurence in the Champagne Bar in less than an hour and sometimes tying a bow tie is a painfully slow process. I get one hand mixed up when the other hand is supposed to be where the first hand is.

So, make this Abu Dhabi Adieu. Merry Christmas ...
