... boys, and we are looking forward to meeting with them in Rioja for some fall leaves and good wines in October.

It’s important to have good food at home and on weekend jaunts, as the boys entertain us with stories of how the school food is horrible, something apparently universal in Spain. It’s really too bad, as the social life around lunch is great, except for what really seems like strange

We had intended to explore a nearby beach which was recommended by a local, but after having had quite a few days of exploring recently, we drove straight to Es Trenc beach instead. People had told me that this was their favourite beach on the island... It's definitely nice. A very long, narrow beach with nice sand and sea. However, it seemed to be having ...

... hope I will always remember it. Climbing back up from the coast was just as fun and at points it really felt like we were in the clouds and on top of the mountains. We had a great view of the sunset from the mountains. When back to Palma, I took James to the Mexican place from a few weeks ago (tapas is great, but I'm starting to look like patatas bravas...!). A great end to a lovely ...
