... fish market floor, swilling with guts and melted ice. I laughed at the miro costumes, paint splattered pantaloons and cardboard box masks. I like the contrast in his aquatints of sharp black scribble line and soft blushes of colour, which give depth and float like thought bubbles. I picked up an English walking guide to the GR22...which might suggest that I'll undertake this. It lists the refugees, length of each section in bite size pieces and walking ...

I brought my climbing shoes on this trip, but I am quite a wimp when it comes to cold waters (which by my standards was quite cold). I actually get purply-blue when the water is like 65 degrees, so I was totally fine being the cameraman.

... it looks great. Unfortunately this tour is a bit rushed to actually get inside some of these places. They do however, give you an over view of what is here to see. We have about 1/2 an hour to wander some of the downtown area (mostly jewellery and cafes) before we have to head back to the ship. We head back and have some lunch. All in all this island seems like an expensive place for the rich and famous play in. Not the kind of place we will likely come back ...

... water, juices and ice cream. We are close to the break even point with 2 days to go. So last day drinks will be free!! Yeh! The other advantage of this is that you are not surprised by a large final day bill at check out when you discover that you consumed more than you thought. No show tonight so we will have pre-dinner drinks and will have dinner on our own as Alex and Julie are ashore for dinner and we don't sail till midnight. Ciao for now and tomorrow it is ...
