    Barcelona. What a huge city. You could walk those streets for hours and only see a very small part of it.     ... It is an odd building it looks like two different buildings depending on which side you are. The cathedral was open and so we went inside. I liked it I thought from the outside style that it would be baroque inside but it was very plain allowing the elegant gothic roof to be seen and there was some lovely stained glass. A priest was reading from the bible in a side chapel and this was played on speakers ...

    ... picked out the dreaded phrase bus replacement and the French people unfortunately talked through the Spanish so I did not hear a word. Fortunately she announced in English that there was some problem and a bus had been laid on but that it was a holiday in France so the roads were a nightmare.
