Sydney airport was a bit of a faff. It was the slowest luggage collection I've ever seen, one bloke must have been unloading a whole aircraft himself, it was ages until we had all 7 pieces and headed off to customs who seemed to think we were nothing to worry about and waved us through. Then we joined the line for the Virgin domestic transfers, it was a it long but nothing to worry about, until ...
... shore. The water is 80 degrees and its is beautiful. We did learn the hard way that storms come in pretty quick here so always keep the rain fly on even if it is sunny. It rained about a half inch in 20 minutes. Went to feed baby gators which made me skeptical of jumping in a lake around here. Learned how to do backflips today and just stoked on the sun, lake, and Florida vibes. Great spot to really feel like you're on vacation.
