    ... to execute and pluck the chicken all herself, this is very normal for them. So as she asked, we stayed on Wednesday and enjoyed this meal with her, two of her children, and Gertrude the other teacher at the school. We had a spread of beans, rice, chicken, and trotters. It was all amazing, except for maybe the trotters haha. They were just something that we have never tried, and such a weird feeling to eat, but we still tried them. Her families generosity is amazing. ...

    ... some of the services we used before like "Skype". You can have those services at the "premium" rate. So with less than 9 hours before we blow out of here and start the leg up to Livingstone, Zambia, I don't think we're going "premium".

    ... gear, compared to their few balls, which are shared around, their school shoes and school uniform, and the occasional kit. And yet these boys were having much more fun with their cricket than I know I did during some seasons. It was great to see how happy these boys and their teachers were with what they had.

    Sentinel Rock was huge and dominated the skyline. Too difficult to climb the almost vertical cliff face, but we did climb behind it to reach the top of the Amphitheatre at just over 3,000 metres, and it was bitingly cold with a strong wind blowing across the mountains. Because it is winter, there was no water flowing over the falls; just ice covering its face and rock pools above. Descended some scary ...
