I don't know how anyone can afford that sort of medical help here unless they have insurance. I'm sure there is some way they can pay for it but imagine if there is not?! Thank goodness for the NHS.

Friday was a perfect day for touring Joburg by car. Our tour included visits to the art and photography exhibits at the African Museum ( a former market), and views of the city from Carlton Center, the highest building. In spite of millions of people, there are few cars on the road or people walking downtown. I presume they must all be working hard in the many high rises!
