    At around 3pm, we decided to head back to Cape Town and as a bit of an ode to David and Caroline Bond along with a matching recommendation from Jt's Dad, we asked the taxi driver to take us to the Mount Nelson hotel. Before we had set off for South Africa, David had shown us a video of himself and Caroline when they stayed at the hotel in 1998, as we arrived we saw all the things from the video ...

    ... there does get their hands on a copy, I hope they enjoy it as much as I enjoyed the ride, and writing, photographing and making the book. It's full of a helluva lot of heart and soul.

    And any suggestions about where the next ride should be would be most welcome; the itch is returning to my feet.

    Phew, it seems like all this started such a long time ago.

    ... and crew had booked to go on an excursion to go great white shark diving.
