We arrived into Johannesburg Airport South Africa at 8:30 am. We had endured two flights over the previous night to get there. The nice part of it was that we only had an hour layover, but the bad part was that during that layover our luggage didn't have enough time to make the transfer. ... head back into the city one evening. We did try to park but could not find anywhere it was so busy, I guess because it was Christmas Eve.

Of course we were all laughing when we met in the kitchen at 4 this morning bright eyed and ready to start our Christmas Day. I had already been up earlier and rang everyone at home to wish them a Merry Christmas. Jet Lag is a pain but you have to see the funny side otherwise it would make you go crazy.
