Our late departure from Fredericia meant we only attempted one tourist spot although the drive from Odense island to the main island Copenhagen is on was a highlight.
Our first port of call was a supermarket in a small village just off the motorway to stock up on breakfast, lunch and dinner supplies and some "new world" wine at under 50 kroner …

Dinner was just from a cafe restaurant. Nothing special.

Curiously when we got there a line was forming around the block to buy tickets so we found a little bakery and popped in so that we could get some coffee and plug into the wifi for a little more research. The Andersen Bakery that we found was ...

Today was a really busy day, where my feet are still so sore just from thinking about what we did
We woke up early, got ready, and bought some pre-made individual salads from the supermarket across the road. Anne navigated us to the subway, and then to the stop we needed to go to Rosenborg. There was a really nice food market next door to the subway station, which was more like little upmarket stores and restaurants next to each other than a real ...
