So we jumped on a train and headed back to Solothurn. By the
time we found the cycle shop in Solothurn it was also closed, this time for
lunch. We settled down for a drink before returning to get the puncture fixed.
After lunch at camp we decided to go for a swim in the
river. The water must be about 18 degrees, very refreshing.

From here Corinne took me to another part of town where her late
Grandparents used to live and showed me where she had crashed her tricycle when

We visited many monuments, parks and museum using the double decker tourist buses and metro.The old coach museum was particularly interesting with their display of well kept coaches dating back centuries ago.

For example, every day everything closes from 12pm-130pm and everyone goes home for a big hot lunch. Even the kids go home from school - rain, hail, snow or shine. Work for most people finishes at 6pm or 630pm due to the long lunches, so its a long day ...
