It was very amusing to watch a lady living above a shop lower a shopping basket down by a rope to do business with a fellow in a small truck in the street.Mdina itself, the "old" capital, inside the walls, is beautiful,so clean and beautifully kept and steeped in history. (We came across St. Peter Street.)
