A Foggy Day in London Town

... middle eastern style falafels and curry. Before we went to a show, Elliot and I swung into a hole-in-the-wall middle eastern food joint. The loosely called "restaurant" was more like a food truck tucked away in a niche of an office building down town. We were lured in by the smell of falafels because Elliot has a hard time resisting good middle eastern food. I'm more a Mediterranean food girl myself, but sometimes you've just got to try new things. We walked ...

Still no Endorphins or core muscles!

A travel blog entry by carpefeline on Mar 10, 2014

... exercise but to find some everyday? Where is that "wall" I hear athletes talk about that they push past to get such wondrous feelings from the work out? Plus I am not a very good swimmer but I love to scuba dive so thought I could get better at swimming going to the pool with him (a ...

Tesco, Waitrose, Ocado, Graze, Hello Fresh, laundry service, B&Q, Longacres, John Lewis, Just Eat, gourmet food delivery, diet craze, fish mongers, dairy products, American Food Stores, newspapers (natch) and the list goes on and on with the ...

    Beer Book #2

A travel blog entry by carpefeline on Feb 03, 2014

... There are 198 labels in book #1 and would have been 200 labels except when I started I put a couple of "front and back" labels for the same beer on separate pages, hence 198, not 200.

Each beer is one that my husband has drank. It doesn't count if he doesn't drink it and so friends cannot send us labels. We have some from our holidays too in a couple of different countries but they are so much harder to get as I can't always haul ...
