      ... of road my little Honda loves. Its rather twisty and extremely rough and bumpy but best of it all its quiet. Normally i plod along at a steady 60 or so on this road but today was more like 50 or even 30 at times due to all the flooding. At one point on an extremely flooded section I caught up with two riders on sports bikes.       ... After the tour we had a light lunch at the cafe then drove onto Durham. The A1 was diverted at Berwick on Tweed via the A682 to where it joined the A1 just before Newcastle. Very nice farming areas with lots of hay making and sheep. Found the accommodation but no meals Sunday so had to walk 10 mins to a hotel.
