Krakow - An unexpected beauty
... and visiting new places in search of these treasures. You wouldn't even know it's a restaurant! There is a small sign with a granny face on it, but doesn't indicate anything, really. You turn down a long corridor, enter a courtyard, go down a hallway with stairs, go through big swinging wooden doors...and voila! Definitely wouldn't have found it without a tip-off! A full meal costs NINE zloty...you do the math! Let me confess I ate here three ...
Oh hey there Polish shoe.
... an hour in there, thanking God that we actually got a seat, only to be thrown out of there and told to go into the next carriage, where there was NO room. We spent the entire rest of the journey on the floor of the train, whilst people casually kicked our heads as they walked past us - not even an excuse me..?!!? Well, at least we can say it was a train journey to remember!

Today we went to the Wieliczka Salt Mines wow this was just so amazing lots of stairs but worth every step we have never seen anything like it before, this was then followed by a tour of the city. We had lunch at Hard Rock Café it was good food then ...
Goodbye Poland (For Now Anyway)
... tour ended and the quide left us after telling us about the castle and cathedral and answering any questions we had. We have to say that the walking tours we did in Berlin were better than this – probably a reflection on the guide more than than the sites we were seeing.

Early Friday morning, Adam and I took a 3-hour plane ride to Krakow, Poland. We arrived around 10am and navigated Krakow's shuttle, train, and tram systems to arrive at our hostel.
