      Sad to leave beautiful Kas with it's lovely warm weather and the lovely staff at the hotel and the rooftop terrace overlooking the water. Most hotels in Turkey give you a wonderful buffet breakfast with cereals, cold meats, cheeses and salads and hot eggs and other foods too.

      At this hotel we had a dinner of a vegetarian buffet with bbq chicken, fish or meat, and a soup and dessert for a really reasonable price of A$12.

      ... for swims in the Mediterannean Sea which was so blue. We relaxed, it was sunny and a great lunch was provided. Everyone really enjoyed having a different pace and we enjoyed each other’s company lots. Upon return we had a good rest and this evening enjoyed a nice meal out together at a restaurant in Fethiye – another great day.       Onward days included going to the famous Olu Deniz lagoon and beaches and then on to Butterfly Valley by the shuttle boat where Lonely Planet promised us 40 varieties of butterflies to be seen…...we saw 4. It seemed that this little Butterfly Valley is actually a commune where hippies and the like - cool bros - travellers, but not us, obviously - come to camp, chill and god knows ...

      ... in worse. No it's lovely here surrounded by mountains and what a complex. 3 pools a gym and loads of greenery. Well last night the vodka was flowing and we had a great laugh with the Turkish Barmen. Loved the food in the restaurant.       ... hospitality came to the fore not long after. I’d enquired about the nearest place to get something to eat, it was ten minutes’ walk away.
