Barney had me dead to rights. I was so distracted that I did not even see him. Normally I can spot a Crown Vic from a mile away, but my eyes were on the mirror looking for fresh road kill. His lights were flashing before I even passed. I eased the old girl down to a crawl and made my way to the shoulder ...

... wrong as this place could not be further from it's Indian namesake, seemed like the average age was 70 where everyone wears a baseball cap, not of their favorite sports team or college like the rest of the US but supporting their favorite motor oil?

We settled on lunch at an old friend "The Black Bear Diner". The food was good when it eventually arrived, our waitress who surely should have stopped working at least 10 years ...
