      ... was almost blown away being the lightest. The ocean was being whipped up into a torment of froth and spray which coated our glasses. There is nothing like a walk along the Brighton Beach on a nice day (apparently). We reached the Pier and had a small break from the wind as we walked through the amusement arcade.       ... isn't square, to St Martins-in-the-fields, which isn't in the fields. Maybe we're in the Twilight Zone again. Listened to a beautiful free lunchtime concert of a Schubert quintet in the church. What a great city.

      ... was a little shaken but recovered well with everyone's help. As I stepped out of the car I caught my foot between the kerb and the car and fell flat on my face as I tried to turn around! Never been so scared as when I checked my face to see if there was any damage-amazingly only one tiny little mark and a slightly fat lip! So lucky I fell on some very soft and wet lawn!!!       ... is that if the plane is full then you have to wait for the next plane or not go...

      Luckily, although the plane was full, we managed to get jump seats in the bubble. Not exactly comfy but it gets you there and the crew were fabulous.

      The flight was long and the first officer came out to see us, which was nice.

      Julie also got to see the cockpit for the first time. So many buttons...
