... Sun Road but I'm not sure I agree. It was much colder at the top than the bottom of the mountain. It was nice at the summit but we didn't stay too long. sun had come out and it was nice to walk around. Favorite sites were the Circus building and
the ferry boat, Ticonderoga. It had been
a ferry on Lake Champlain and when it was being retired from service, Electra
bought it and had it moved to the museum grounds. The boat is furnished to represent the 1920s
which was the peak usage for the boat.
