    ... It was supposed to be for the kids but the owner of the company let the leaders have a shot too! Justin, my co worker, and I were assigned to watch the kids and help out. After every session we picked up a bow and let the arrows fly! I had jokingly said I would be luck to hit the target at all. Meanwhile justin boasted he would pop all the balloons on the target! HA! I was the one popping all the balloons while he missed the target! I had so much fun! Oh yeah and so did ...

    A beautiful sunny autumn day in England deserves a beach side day trip!

    A group of 6 expat Aussies; Abby, Amanda, Brad, Josh, Kate and I made our way on the coach to the sea for the day. Meandering the lane ways and markets, sitting on the pebble beaches and for the crazy others, jumping in the 10degree ocean for a swim!

    The day wouldn't be complete without a trip to the funfair on the pier and an off licence session in the park! What a perfect Sunday!

    ... also forced him to solve the conundrum of 'office locked, need security deposit, pay when office open at 9, oh you leave before then') the place obviously isn't completely locked up, but I suppose they avoid having people drive onto the campsite after 8 and upsetting the peace and quiet. It being late, I forwent that day's run in favour of a walk to the supermarket for self assembly dinner and booze. Mmm, ...

    ... explored the neighborhood next to mine.

    The next day I headed west to the Opera Garnier – and took in some of the 'Passages’ along the way. These are covered side shopping streets created in the 1800s when the main streets of Paris were muddy and difficult. The re-done Passages today have boutiques, book shops, and food to keep the locals and the tourists interested. I toured the Opera Garnier, which is a beautiful opera house, took lots of pictures, ...
