Well what a start, got up early and left at 630am (30 mins journey) in time for our 910 am flight, got to airport after 2 hrs 15 mins. The flooded roads and traffic standstill was worst ever, and my stress levels were higher than the flight. The weather was much better when we got up this morning. Blue skies & puffy clouds - good thing too because today was another driving day. We left our "tower apt" near the castle and headed to Rosslyn Chapel, which was only about 6 miles south of us. The chapel is not much to look at outside, but is absolutely stunning inside.
