This weekend I went on an excursion to Granada with the study abroad group that I am with back from the states. En granada estuve 5 dias, por suerte ninguna de ellas pague alojamiento. Llegue a la terminal de bus desde Malaga y me fueron a buscar unas chicas de hospitality que me alojaron en su casa. ... Irving " Tales of the Alhambra". It is stories he wrote when he lived at the Alhambra for a period back in the 1890's. Though the stories aren't as much about the palace itself, but about the people he came across while being there, he gives some good descriptions of this remarkable place and all of its unique details. Today had been an adventurous day. The Alhambra, its surroundings and views, are the kind of stuff that fairy tales are made of.
