Just landed in Miami international airoort. Really massive airport with loads to see and do. I found it quite funny that each person I speak to immediately assumes I am Spanish even after they have seen my British passport and I have been speaking English. They assume I am Mexican or from Puerto Rico.

This morning was our first early start since leaving Melbourne. With over 3000 passengers on the cruise ship I was keen to get moving and not be stuck forever getting off. ... funny. They were sunning themselves along the roadway and their tails were lying across the path. The tour guide called the alligator tails "Everglades Speed Bumps." We had to stop and wait for every gator to decide to move out of the way.
