... unfortunately passed in the fall of last year. The Milwaukee Symphony Chorus, of which Grandma P was a charter member and ardent supporter, dedicated their March A Capella Concert to her memory. It was a fitting and memorable tribute to an exceedingly wonderful woman.

... for it! Lots of boats out on the lake (I assume people were taking advantage of the great weather and going fishing!). We then came back and didn't do much again... Just too hot and we were exhausted from the heat of the day... So once Deb was home we all had a late dinner and now we are all ready for bed! Hopefully it won't be as hot tomorrow as it was today... And tomorrow is my last day on the farm!!! :( I'm really going to miss the beauty and peace of sapsucker ...

... at the road and on the side of the road and I saw a deer standing on the side of the road which at first I thought was just a statue but it just looked too real and sure enough, it was an alive one!!! As soon as our car passed it, it ran away but it was on a pretty main road and I just hope it doesn't become road kill which is unfortunately what deer end up being. They don't have any road sense what so ever and I guess just seem to be in the wrong place at ...
