... older ones which lay the eggs and then 40 younger ones which are still growing and will lay eggs in time. They are really funny. I had to change their water today and one chicken was curious and came quite close to the hose pipe where I was gonna fill up their water bucket and as soon as I started spraying the water to clean out the trough she FLEW into the air and ran off. On the road again to Minnesota. The route we took to join the highway was more scenic: corn, cows and rolling hills, green pastures, well-kept farmhouses and barns - all very picturesque.
