      ... and seeing other homesteads, the boats, the water, horse farms, wheat fields, etc. We took a ferry and rode to Korpoo just west of here yesterday. That ferry is free for everyone but some others cost or are seasonal. We did 30 miles yesterday and about 12 today and we're beat.

      The lunch buffet place in town is a godsend, with amazing food to fortify us. We're cooking all other meals, which is fun and a lot cheaper. ...

      ... over to the Old Town and browsed in a few of the souvenir shops, but it was really odd. You could tell that Naantali would be quite the happening place in the middle of summer. But it just seemed really creepy all empty, like something out of a zombie movie or Village of the Damned.       ... a contemporary art exhibition by one artist. It was quite interesting, with the use of life size dummies placed strategically and video and audio telling stories. We had lunch in the museum which had a huge salad buffet. It was one of the healthiest meals we have eaten on the trip! We of course finished it off with cake and coffee. As always though, once you entered the games started, donation for this and donation for that, they even asked for a 2 Euro coin in an honesty box to light a candle. Being the cunning little bargain hunter that I am I found that you can get a discount on this 2 Euro price if you wait until nobody is looking and just pay 10 Euro cents.
