    ... I think thIs is low season for Venice. There are 29 million tourists a year here in Venice... Can't believe such a large number. The population is only 45,000 mostly artists and students studying at the university. We are going to a concert tonite ... Musical opera I think.     ... up most of our day. We also had a walk around one of the town's markets. Our second day we spent taking the ferries between all the different towns and walking around them. When we got back to the campsite there were people running around like crazy and eventually we found out a guy had got his leg caught in a jet ski motor cord.     ... s very easy to get to Rialto bridge from San Marco square and vice versa, there are many arrows with indications and takes only 5 mins. Stop by the bridge for a nice view of the grand canal. That's reminds me our camera blacked out after taking the picture of the grand canal.There are also a few sites along the way from Rialto bridge to the train station like the casino and theatres if you are interested. The big supermarket and 2 smaller ones are along this road.
