The 'bus steward' checked where is everyone heading, and asked all farangs if they want to get to the new or old station in Chiang Rai. The response from everyone was a surprised shrug...there were two bus station there? Who knew...

... I'm saving all my shopping for chiang mai. Beside, I was way more interested in the food! It's so cheap! I had a plate for noodles for 10 baht, sushi for 15, spicy popcorn chicken for 20, and a white pomegranate for 35!!! 30baht is 1$.
