Bloody Hell whoever wrote this book must be ironman . Nice easy walk my little green foot. 26% sweltering as the 5 of us slogged through towns and industrial estates for hours. Today was the shortest day at only 16 kms and pleasant walking too. They try to route you around major highways through forest tracks although sometimes you just have to face the traffic and get on with it!

I feel in good shape both physically and mentally and am really looking forward to the next three weeks. 'Bom Caminho' as they say around ...

... the map as well as compass from time to time to make sure all is in order. But usually the yellow arrows are good enough. Industrial zones, more villages and then the built up area of a new town. The residencial at the top end of town is good and we bump into a couple from Sweden and Finland. Another day on the Camino and I'll do it all again ...
