First stages of planning
... is in the initial stage, I plan to start out in Malaysia and Indonesia, before travelling overland to Thailand. Spend sometime in Chiang Mai, take a trip to Pai Then chill in Chiang Mai for a while before heading to Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia.
So far after a couple of days this is how far I've got in the planning stage and I do have another 11 months to go and a lot of things could change between now and then.

Elche's modern industry is the manufacturing of shoes.There are more than 1000 footware factories in the area. The city is 11 km from the sea and after our morning visit we drove to Santa Pola for lunch near the harbor.
It was a lovely day trip and one we will surely recommend to visitors!

Still here in torrevieja
Hi everyone
We are still here in Torrevieja waiting for a weather window to move on. The winds have been howling and the rain beating down on us on and off since we returned. Interspersed with this has been lovely sunny days...like today. We are hoping to move on at the weekend.

Palm Trees Galore
... my friend who lives there if he wanted to meet up. He and his brother met us at the bus station and showed us all around the city! It was so fun, but we got there too late that a lot of things were closed. We have plans to meet them again on Friday morning and see more of the city.
