    ... in Guangzhou which is famous for it's Cantonese cuisine. We had changfan which are really tasty rice noodles, and came up with a new plan for the weekend - we would go to the Danxia Mountains in Shaoguan, only 2.5 hours by train. Penny went to University in Shaoguan so knows the area and the mountains really well. Andreas and Maja were tired out and just wanted to go home, so it was only 4 of us going to the mountains.     ... with them the next day. I had a heavy heart thinking and wondering what their day would be like without visitors. :(

    In the afternoon we did some local sightseeing which include a trip to the "beach" (actually a concrete park with sand in the middle of town) and a trip to the mountain where we had great views of the city.
