... It drizzled rain right through this 6km long gorge but the sky was clear when we exited the northern end! PM - Had lunch here in Skalni Mlyn, a scungy hot dog with mustard, not a good choice! A bit about these caves; the Punkva caves are an extension of the longest cave system in the Czech Republic whose corridors are over 30km long! You can also take a 1/2 kilometre long boat ride through one cave. ...

After about 45 minutes, the buses pulled up at another station past the problem and we were soon on our way again to Brno - arriving to a warm 30C+ (at last) just after 1:00 p.m.

We arrived at our apartment at 1:30 and were told that it would not be ready until 2, so we gallantly offered to go and have a beer while waiting. 1 Litre later, we checked in and set about ...

... a little difficult though. So the museum of communism on Thursday was very intense, the things the people of that generation had to deal with blew my mind.... They showed us a compilation of videos that the secret police taped during that time to be able to identify repeat rebels later on. The videos mostly contained a lot of riots and interviews of people they arrested for protesting communism. During the riots, ...
