I'm sitting here tucked in the corner of a coffeehouse drinking the most delicious mango smoothie this world has to offer, surrounded by the chatter of new but amazing friends. We arrived at the airport early and waited for about an hour before they told us the plane would be 40 minutes late. No big deal. Ninety minutes later the plane arrived but we wouldn’t be able to board the flight because the plane had burned up a tire upon landing and it would take them another 90 minutes to change a tire. ... The only decent moment of perplexity I had this week was when I witness the propane delivery guy texting while driving. It was perplexing because he delivers 30gallon tanks of propane using a motorcycle. He can fit about 6 tanks on the sides and back of his bike. So he was texting, while driving a motorcycle, with flammable gas hanging on the sides, and he was smoking a lit cigarette. There are days when I am convinced that I am in some form of redneck ...
