... in Jamaica because they live In a very corrupt place. At around four we headed back to the boat and signed in, Then me and others left to go do something on the main deck, After me and the guys had dinner at a Taste (which was free) it was really good and the meals came super fast. ... cloudy white-blue but also crystal clear at the same time! We put on our life jackets, went down the steps to the river and got on our 'tubes'. There were a lot of us so we all had to link together until everyone was in. Then we were off! The views were amazing. The majority of the river is calm flowing so the trip down it was very relaxing. But at several points along the way there were rapids and they were lots of fun to go down! Didn't fall ...

... foreigners here is vastly retirees. People who have been coming here for 20 years. They spent most of their time stoned by the pool. Tattooed with Jamaican flags and wrapped in home-made marijuana leaf sarongs. We didn’t really fit in here. There’s no backpacker/traveller demographic to speak of. This day I found my second favourite country after India :-)
We had a simple lunch at a place with a beautiful view, organic and vegetarian, Ever doesn't eat meat, that's part of Rastafari. I'm learning.
When getting back to town he drove around and showed me some local restaurants to eat. I later went for dinner at a small place, three chairs, one menu, it was great!

... We were also able to catch the sunset which always escapes me as it happens so fast, normally about 17:45.

In the evening we went to the beach party on the North beach and had our dinner there. A steel drum band was playing as we ate on the beach to candle light and the crashing of the waves.
